‘I’m a feminist, and I don’t think Trump is a feminist’: Ivanka Trump discusses her own feminism and the GOP

The Ivanka Trump brand has become the latest target of Donald Trump’s attacks on feminism and sexual assault, but the CEO has made a point of not defending the mogul’s stance.

“I’m not a feminist,” Ivanka Trump said in an interview with Recode on Wednesday.

“I’ve never been a feminist.”

In an interview earlier this month, Ivanka Trump also defended the GOP nominee’s statement that he’s a “very powerful” man.

“My husband was a very powerful man, and if you read what he said, it was that he was a powerful man,” Ivanka said.

“And he was able to make decisions and he was successful because he was strong.

I’m a strong woman, too.”

Ivanka Trump’s husband, President Donald Trump, also defended his former boss in the interview, telling ABC’s George Stephanopoulos that he thinks his wife is “a really strong woman.”

“My wife is a very strong woman.

I think Ivanka is a really strong person,” he said.

Ivanka and her husband, former President Donald J. Trump, have been targets of many of Trump’s personal attacks, including his insistence that the women accusing him of sexual assault should be punished and his repeated insistence that women are “slutty,” and should be denied jobs.

She also recently told Vanity Fair that her father would “take a piece of your mind.”

“I mean, I have a lot of respect for my father,” she said.
